Eating healthy and regularly exercising can really bring out the best in your body, and so even sleeping will be much easier when you live a healthy and fit lifestyle. Another reason why you sleep better when you exercise is because your body is so tired and will need the rest to recover from the exercise you did that day. The benefit of being able to sleep better is actually a really great benefit because sleeping is very important to anyone.
